This series began as a playful exploration of transformation, body shapes, and identity through bug and alien forms. These pieces were created through sketches and finished works, using friends as models and muses, allowing familiar bodies to shift into something strange, soft, and otherworldly.

I was interested in blending human presence with insect and alien traits, not as monsters, but as beings that feel curious, expressive, and alive. These figures exist somewhere between costume, creature, and self-portrait, celebrating bodies as adaptable, imaginative, and worthy of being seen in new ways.
